Truly great building and rooms on heaters. Incredibly nice breakfast with mountain view, marvellous location. Location really close to Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See, and the ski lifts. to the stop of bus 660 Kaprun-Zell.

Very friendly personnel, good cuisine, excellent service. Nice and quiet spa area. The old cars museum is worth to see.
Located a bit far from the center but it could be an advantage if you like to walk.

I strongly recommend this property to anyone. This comfortable hotel has magnificent views, nice pool and free parking on site. The rooms are marvelous and impressive, the beds are lovely. It has a cozy bar and amazingly nice and pleasant staff. They serve outstanding food, have lots of options to choose from. Good service, the breakfast is very very good...

The room was cozy and spotless, with a toasty warmth that made it super inviting. the view from the room was spectacular! They even had heaters to warm up your ski boots. Plus, waking up to breakfast with a view of the mountains was a real treat. 🏔️.

I enjoyed being upgraded to an apartment, although we booked a room. I appreciated a lot the permanent care of all staff, which was very friendly and helpful. The food was great especially in the evening.
